Timm has been part of the travel industry since 1986, when he founded Terry Allen Travel Service Inc., a division of Terry Allen Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. in Flint. In 2000, he merged Terry Allen Travel’s staff and clients into The Travel Brokers Inc., later assisting in the integration of two additional agencies into the company. Over time, Timm took on the role of Customer Relations and Industry Affairs, where he continues to serve clients with care and expertise.

Timm became a Certified Travel Agent (CTA) in 1991 and was named a Life Member of The Travel Institute (formerly the Institute of Certified Travel Agents) in 1993. He enjoys helping clients with all aspects of travel—including cruises, tours, vacation packages, air travel, Amtrak, hotels, car rentals, and more. He’s particularly skilled at coordinating unique travel arrangements and providing support for clients with special or emergency travel needs.

His travels have taken him to Scotland, England, Germany, Holland, France, Switzerland, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Canada, and much of the United States. Beyond the office, Timm is known lovingly as “PaPaw” to his grandchildren—Hudson, Hayes, Luke, Presley, and Molly—and shares a proud life with their “GG” (grandmother).

Mandy has always had a passion for travel. She believes there is value in every type of vacation, whether it’s a cultural sightseeing trip, a fun-filled theme park adventure, or a relaxing beach escape.

While she can assist with all types of travel, Mandy is especially known for her expertise in Disney vacations. She is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and makes it a priority to visit Disney World regularly to stay current and inspired. She also holds training certifications with many major cruise lines as well as Universal Studios.

With eight years of experience as a travel designer, Jeanette turned a passion for organizing trips for family and friends into a fulfilling career. Travel has always been at the heart of her life, and her bucket-list adventure to Australia and New Zealand seven years ago remains one of her most unforgettable experiences.

Jeanette has a deep appreciation for exploring new cultures and destinations, with personal favorites including Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Greece, France, Hawaii, Dubai, and the U.S. National Parks. Born and raised in England, she’s especially passionate about European travel and loves helping first-time visitors experience the richness of history, culture, and cuisine across the continent. Whether it’s a self-guided journey or an organized tour, she’s here to guide her clients every step of the way and show them that European travel is not only possible, it’s magical.

She specializes in crafting complex, personalized itineraries that combine trains, tours, cruises, and off-the-beaten-path experiences. One of the most enlightening trips she’s ever taken was to Dubai—a destination that completely surprised her and reminded her why we travel: to open our minds and let the world amaze us.

Her motto is: “Travel as far as you can while you’re able and save the closer trips for when you can only manage those. The world is an oyster, waiting to be opened so you can discover its hidden pearls.”

In her free time, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her grandkids, traveling, cake decorating and baking (when she gets the chance), catching a good movie, and taking peaceful walks in the countryside.
