Each brought its own unique vibe, from serene spa sanctuaries to lively beachfront hotspots.
Of course, no trip to Cabo is complete without venturing into town. I shared a taxi with fellow travelers to explore the lively marina area, shop for local crafts, and stop by the iconic Cabo Wabo Cantina, founded by rock legend Sammy Hagar.
Cabo’s culinary scene was another highlight. From fresh crab and savory scallions to zesty shrimp tacos and classic fajitas, the flavors of Baja did not disappoint. And yes, there were churros! Warm, cinnamon-dusted churros that were every bit as delicious as you’d imagine.
One of the most unforgettable moments was visiting El Arco (The Arch) by boat and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters. We spotted an array of tropical fish and even a playful pod of dolphins. Cabo also offers activities like ATV adventures, camel rides, tequila tastings, and local art walks—there’s truly something for everyone.
