Working with a travel advisor to plan your next trip can provide several advantages. Our travel consultants possess extensive knowledge about destinations, accommodations, and activities, ensuring you receive personalized recommendations tailored to your preferences. Planning a trip can also be very time consuming and stressful. Let our advisors handle all the research and arrangements so you can relax and enjoy your vacation!
We begin by gathering some general information such as where you are planning to travel, preferred travel style (cruising, escorted, independent, etc.), number of travelers in your party, and estimated budget. We can then match you with an advisor that has the knowledge and expertise for your trip request. From there, your advisor will reach out and conduct a consultation for your trip. Then, the research begins! Once the advisor has pulled together some options for you to consider, they will send you a proposal. The trip proposal can be revised or tweaked to your preference. Once the proposal is perfect, the advisor will confirm your travel reservations.
The earlier, the better, especially for international travel, group trips, or peak seasons like spring break and holidays. Ideally, begin planning 6 to 12 months in advance to secure the best pricing, availability, and flexibility. That said, if you’re working on a shorter timeline, our team specializes in finding creative, last-minute solutions to make your travel experience seamless and stress-free.

We typically recommend waiting to exchange currency until you arrive at your destination. Most major airports have convenient exchange counters or ATMs where you can withdraw local currency. It’s helpful to have some cash on hand for taxis, tips, or small purchases, but in many destinations, credit cards are widely accepted.
All-inclusive resorts typically include accommodations, all meals and snacks, beverages (often including alcohol), entertainment, and a wide range of activities — all for one set price. Many also offer non-motorized water sports, fitness classes, and nightly shows. Your advisor will help you compare resort options so you know exactly what’s included, and what may carry an extra charge.
