Dorothy brings extensive experience in event management, specializing in creating memorable experiences for groups of all sizes. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Appalachian State University, she built a career focused on strategic planning, client satisfaction, and seamless execution. Dorothy has successfully managed events ranging from weddings and intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, showcasing her versatility and attention to detail.

Dorothy’s expertise extends across catering, hospitality, marketing, travel, and tourism. She was honored as the 2019 Michigan Meetings and Events Best Special Events Planner. Known for her proactive approach and strong vendor and client relationships, Dorothy is dedicated to delivering events that align with brand identities while maximizing value and impact.

Ally began her early career in Event Management and Operations, primarily in the sports industry, where she discovered her passion for creating memorable experiences for others. Travel has always been a big part of her life — from family trips growing up to adventures through school and work.
 
In 2024, she combined her love of travel and event planning by joining the Crossing Boundaries team. Italy is one of her favorite destinations (most recently visited in 2025), and Austria or Croatia are at the top of her travel bucket list.

Kelsey began her travel adventures through mission trips to countries such as Peru, Jamaica, Honduras, Thailand, and Brazil. These journeys—along with her own personal travels—fostered a deep appreciation for cultures different from her own and strengthened her adaptability in new environments. Along the way, Kelsey developed strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which she brought into the travel industry in 2023.
 
Today, she draws on those skills to design and deliver seamless meetings and incentive travel programs. With a keen eye for detail, she carefully coordinates logistics, anticipates challenges before they arise, and ensures every event and journey is not only smooth but also memorable and impactful for her clients.
